Cashback Policy

How cashback is earned
When you click "Activate cashback" and buy from that merchant, we may earn an affiliate commission from the merchant or affiliate network. Where a cashback offer is active for that merchant, we share part of that commission back with you.
Why cashback starts as Pending
Cashback starts Pending because the underlying sale has to be confirmed by the merchant or affiliate network first — this typically takes anywhere from a few days to a few months, depending on the merchant's return/cancellation window.
When cashback becomes Available
Once the merchant or network validates the transaction, your cashback moves to Available and can be included in a payout.
What can invalidate cashback
- Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks on the underlying order
- Purchases made through an ad blocker or after clearing cookies before checkout
- Orders the merchant or network doesn't report as attributable to Buckilo
- Use of a coupon or method the affiliate program marks as incompatible with cashback
Payouts
Once cashback is Available, it's eligible for payout. Payouts are processed manually and you can see their status and history in your account wallet.
Missing cashback
If you completed a qualifying purchase and don't see cashback appear within the merchant's typical validation window, submit a missing cashback claim with your order details and we'll investigate.
