These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buckilo (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Buckilo is
Buckilo is a discovery, deals, coupons and cashback marketplace. We help you find tools, services and merchants, and — where an active affiliate relationship exists — share part of the commission we earn back with you as cashback. Buckilo does not sell, ship, or fulfil any product or service listed on the Service. All purchases happen directly between you and the merchant, on the merchant's own site and under the merchant's own terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Cashback and transaction history are tied to your account, so keep your login credentials secure.
3. Cashback
Cashback is calculated automatically from validated affiliate transactions and is subject to our Cashback Policy. Cashback is never guaranteed by a click alone — it depends on the merchant or affiliate network confirming the underlying sale.
4. Listings, deals and coupons
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings, deals and coupon codes accurate and to note when they were last verified, but we cannot guarantee that every offer is current at the moment you use it — merchants change pricing and promotions without notice.
5. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the Service — including attempting to manipulate cashback tracking, circumvent access controls, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Buckilo is not a party to, and has no liability arising from, transactions between you and any merchant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buckilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
