How do I earn cashback?
Find a merchant with a cashback offer, click "Activate cashback," and complete your purchase on the merchant's site in the same session. See How cashback works.
Why is my cashback still Pending?
Merchants and affiliate networks need time to confirm a sale wasn't refunded or cancelled before it counts — this can take days to a few months depending on the merchant.
I made a purchase but don't see cashback — what do I do?
Can I combine a coupon code with cashback?
It depends on the merchant's affiliate program — some allow it, some don't. Where relevant, we note compatibility on the coupon.
How do I get paid?
Once cashback is Available, it becomes eligible for payout. Payouts are currently processed manually by our team; you can track status in your account wallet.
Does Buckilo sell anything directly?
No. You always buy directly from the merchant, on the merchant's own site and under their terms — Buckilo is a discovery and cashback layer on top.
Is a merchant listing an endorsement?
No — listings exist for discovery and comparison even where no cashback or coupon partnership is active. We clearly mark when cashback isn't currently available.
